Sculpt feels like one of the best workouts I've ever had. I love that there is a cardio portion incorporated, because I always like to do cardio in addition to strength training and stretching. The instructors are very friendly and motivational throughout the workout.

I like the community. I like that when I go to a CPY class, I know what to expect. I like that the studio is clean and the amenities are excellent. My only problem is that sometimes the studio is too loud before/after class and some people do not respect savasana. I know that is not something the studio can fully control, and it's driven by the environment/location/clientele.

The yoga instructors are very caring and compassionate. They are always willing to help you. It is also not just about the physical yoga but when they talk me through yoga itself, they use appropriate phrases to motivate me psychologically as well as physically.

Love the sculpt class -- just tried the boot camp - will recommend that as well!

I love the atmosphere. As a beginner, I have never felt uncomfortable or lost! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and the C1 classes are a great way to learn.

The close attention the instructors give you, the pace of the classes and the high quality of the routines/instruction.

I like that this is more than a workout class. The instructors are motivating, the facilities are nice and there is always positive energy. I personally attend the Sculpt classes and I love that I am smiling and enjoying working out. No other fitness class is motivating during the class and satisfying when you complete it. I also can see results with my body which I think is an amazing aspect of Corepower.

Having read Trevor Tice's recent interview on Corepower I would have to agree that the best thing about corepower is its consistency in continually having great instructors. I think Corepower is also unique in that it offers a wide range of yoga practices that suits a variety of needs and the heated rooms create a much better environment to practice.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome and the classes are really well orchestrated!

Always consistent, music and energy are great, can't get enough of First name removed Jayne's class in Gtown on Mondays and Lauren's class in Bethesda on Saturdays!

The instructors, while they vary in their styles, each bring something really wonderful to the table. The workout is great and so is the atmosphere.

I love how each instructor makes participants feel important and worthy. Whether it's a shout out in class to increase our motivation, or a helping hand, core power truly values the significance of community and self improvement.

After stressful days or weeks, corepower works out my body and my mind. It is the most fulfilling workout I've ever gotten.
