close to my apartment first of all, I have been going to CPY for like 11 years. I like the class when its not crazy busy like it was NYE day. Seemed like their was a big change in instructors at this location and it was good to see a familiar face. I haven't been doing as much yoga for that fact

As a college student who has not been in town recently, this visit was my first time back at CorePower in a while. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I attended a Ryder class and absolutely LOVED it!
I took Ken's 60 minute hot class. He has a wonderful teaching style and is a great instructor for both beginners as well as the advanced yogi. I was a regular member at core power for several years, but felt a platue. I've been lifting more the past year and my body was craving hot yoga. After trying a Bikram class I missed corepower's quality of instructors and studio space.
Solid classes, I love the heat, clean environment.
The yoga instructor was very enthusiastic during the yoga sculpt class that I attended. I also think its very cool that the Highland Park location has CorePower cycling and cardio classes, I will definitely need to check those out. The yoga studio was also very clean and organized. The studio also felt spacious.
