So calming!

I like the class schedules—they are conveniently scheduled. Locations are terrific. Hot Yoga is about the only exercise that I can do on a regular schedule as I have past injuries. The instructors are enthusiastic, kind, and giving. I appreciate how everyone works hard to keep the facilities clean and always in good repair.

I don just like CorePower, I love CorePower. First of all the people working for CorePower will lift your spirit and make you smile. As a customer,I always feel like I am being taken care of. They are always happy to see me and confirm that my decision to workout was totally worth it! The classes are always a challenge and always changing. I notice growth in their teachers that shows how dedicated they are to helping their yogis achieve their goals and keep them on their feet, or hands. ;)
I moved about and hour a way so I can't practice as much as I used to. CorePower has its own magical vibe that you can't find anywhere else, trust me, I've looked. Thanks for all that you do, CorePower!

I like the convenience of the number of classes offered daily. Even though I do not take all levels, there are enough in my range to usually choose one. All of the instructors I have had have been very helpful and nice.

The facilities were very clean, relaxing and accommodating. The teacher of my Yoga 2 class was wonderful, she made me feel very comfortable and I learned a lot. It was an excellent work out that allowed me to push myself to whatever extent I felt comfortable.

Instructors - I am most impressed with Becka and Tim . Their guidance is clear, calming and consistent.. The tone of their voice is very calming . The background music they selected is appropriate. It helps me to focus on my intention.

Sweaty smell of the room - it would be great if the room get aired properly before the next class. Sometimes the smell is overwhelming.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and excellent teachers. I could tell they were passionate about their role. The class was well led. The facility has an electric positive energy. The locker room was well kept and a comfortable and peaceful environment.

The Saturday Yoga Sculpt class with instructor Kathy B is fantastic. Also the Highland Park Studio is one of the few near me which offers core ryder classes which I enjoy.
