I always feel like I am wanted when I go.

Highland Park is by far and away my favorite CPY. The teachers are incredible and schedule is awesome. It's the only CPY that allows me to easily practice two classes back to back throughout the entire day. When I come into Highland Park, it feels like home. :)

I like the convenience of classes being scheduled all day long. My work schedule varies week to week so it's easy being able to fit a nice variety of classes around that. I also like that while the each type of class follows the same general format, the instructors are good about making the class their own and giving their own advice on poses, breath work and mindfulness during the practice. The studio/locker room and lobby are always clean, I'm always greeted in a friendly way when I come in and parking is never a problem.

I love the variety of classes and knowing I got a good workout in after going.

I love C2 and sculpt classes, and the friendly atmosphere at the studio always adds to my yoga experience.

I currently love Ryder and Sculpt. The instructors are always up beat and able to push me to hold a pose longer or get deeper. The studios are always clean as well as the locker room and the entrance. CorePower provides me with a great workout where I'm always pushing myself with the help of the awesome instructors and great music.

I like the variety of classes throughout the day. It for some reason I am unable to make it to class in the morning, I can always count on a class being available in the evening. Not only do I like the variety of classes, but I like the challenge as well. The classes are intended to be challenging but you always have the option to modify to get the best out of the class for your body.
