The instructors and staff are very welcoming and kind. Natalie is always energetic and does not know a stranger. She is simply the best. Berit, Allison, Maddie, and Melissa are consistently challenging and uplifting. I look forward to every class at this studio, even on early mornings

I love the candlelight classes—the dark lighting is really relaxing and empowering. I also like the heated room and encouraging atmosphere, which is what’s special about going in to the studio. Everyone has to start somewhere, and the instructors and music are wonderful!!
I’ve had a very stressful few weeks and it’s been hard to get to a class. I found a Restore class and learned I have Yin and mine was very depleted. Thank you staff for being there on my good days and bad. And for always teaching me how and why I need to take better care of myself and those around me.

I took 2 fabulous classes with my friend while we were in town for a night. The teachers were all so friendly at check in. They told us about specials, other fun classes, chatted about the retail. I also got to see one of the teachers I went to TT with 10 years ago at Corepower Uptown. It was an extraordinary experience and can't wait to go back to a friendly, clean, vibrant CorePower class.

Please offer more of the yoga and meditation combo classes. Kelly did a terrific job and I was impressed with her format. I've taken hundreds of CP classes and this was one of my favorites!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please, please offer more classes like this. :)
