I'm older than most of the members at CorePower but I never feel that it makes any difference. We all support each other and are kindred spirits. People -- both staff and members -- are friendly and happy. It's an upper for me every time I'm there.

I like the range of classes, both between yoga/fitness styles as well as difficulty. It's also a huge bonus with so many classes offered during the day, it made it easy to fit a class into my schedule.

Consistent, know what to expect. It's a community with many familiar faces each class. There is a wide variety in teaching styles, mixes the classes up and keeps it fun.

Everything! The studio is lovely, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the class times are convenient as is the location. I live in South Minneapolis and work downtown Saint Paul, so it is easy to stop by after work or hop across the river from home.
