I loved the flow and the instructor and the intensity of the heat was amazing. Sadly I can’t remember her name but her flow and cues were excellent and interesting and challenging and fun all at once. And I loved how high the heat and humidity was. So good!!
Cherry Hills is BY FAR the best studio in Denver. You see that by the dedicated teachers and the consistent yogis who show up every week. I can attend classes at other studios because they are closer; however, I’d rather spend my time at Cherry Hills.
Very good instructors and facilities are always clean/well kept. The only thing I would like to change is the 45 min sculpt classes back to 1 hour.

Sara Woods is an awesome instructor. Love her direction during the class, love how she walks around and adjusts students poses and the lemon and lavender mist and the towel twirling are a nice extra touch. Her Yoga Sculpt class is a great workout.
I enjoyed that the studio was so clean and quiet and everything was so accessible.

Shelley is an excellent instructor. She observes the room, ready to explain or assist if necessary. Her instruction flows smoothly allowing participants to easily transition to the next position. She acknowledges participants execution which encourages continued commitment.

I took the Restore/Nidra class with Ashley. She is an amazing teacher, I felt a lot of connection, worked through emotion and found rest. I am so grateful there are more of these classes on the schedule at CP. It is just as important to slow down in my yoga practice as it is to have an intense physical experience in a C2 or HPF. Ashley is truly gifted with her skills in teaching this practice.
Brittany'sclass was a blast. Lots of fun! My calves are still sore.
The place is super clean and with a very good height energy. I live closer to another location but I will go to the Cherry Creek one as much as I can due to the awesome experience I have every time I go. Start practicing can be very intimidating once you don’t know the positions and you are not familiar with the terms but Sara makes it much better, correcting when it is not done right and also making sure she gives the example herself avoiding the new ones to have to be staring at others to figure out what to do. I wish all the teachers were like her.

I like the consistency of the sequences. More diversity with personalities being hired since the pandemic. That’s a good thing.
Wonderful teachers, toasty rooms!
