Jess' class was amazing! Meditative, challenging, sweaty! Her theme (dig deep) was what I needed to hear and I left feeling lighter and refreshed!
Nice flow class … a bit of a different flow of poses which is always nice. I also appreciate the respect of others in this studio - more experienced yoga practitioners who are quiet and don’t talk in the studio so u can relax - not consistent with all studios with newer and typically younger yogis that focus on the workout and less the relaxation reset also. Not a complaint but an observation for some other studios.
The studio was so nice and clean with ample room to get ready! I also love the instructor's flow :)

The employees and clients were welcoming and the class had a good flow. It was very busy and despite the studio being small, everyone worked well around one another.

Michaela was amazing! Loved her positive energy. She was beaming with joy from the time I walked in with every student that arrived. I overheard her helping a first time student to the LoDo studio understand where to go and how to get set up. She went out of her way to ensure they felt welcome and confident. Her verbal muscle cueing through the entire class was some of the best I’ve heard and she used her students names throughout the class making everyone feel connected to this beautiful community.
