I love all the Grant teachers! They're the best. Great vibe and studio.
I think it can be very challenging to bring a level of intensity to a sculpt class virtually. But this class did just that. I was away on a trip and trying to find the best options to move my body. I tried the on demand classes, also went to a local studio, but this live class brought the intensity I was missing.

I love the LoHi studio, really great community. Taylor Lederman is one of the best instructors. I go to her classes often but find that if I don’t book at least 48 hours in advance for her Wednesday 5pm sculpt class, it’s totally full and often the waitlist is even full. It would be great if Taylor had studio 1 and not the small studio for her 5pm sculpt. She’s really one of the best and one reason I love the LoHi studio so much!!

Sasha is awesome - the best Yoga instructor I've practiced with. She controls the room with a soothing, calm and quite voice. She doesn't talk too much or over shares about her life as other yogi instructors do. I don't want to know about their life and they seem to talk too much and walk around the room only to distract me. She allows the yogis to focus on their practice. That said, I practice all poses as she DOES NOT MISS ANY. I walk away feeling complete, rejuvenated, and peaceful. The studio looks amazing compared to CORPORATE -- she cares how the studio is presented. The weights are in an orderly fashion while you see the weights at CORPORATE a MESS and unkept. . .
When you pay a monthly fee you want quality professionally and your surroundings looking at its best

This is my fav studio in Denver area, and I’ve practiced at all locations. Appreciate the size of the room, floors (real wood not vinyl) and vibe. Instructors are very good and helpful too! Parking can be a bit wonky, especially when instructors let their class run over when back to backs are scheduled, but that’s the case with all locations in the city. When back to back classes are taking place, instructors should especially be more mindful! Highly recommend this studio for your practice.

I really enjoy the energy at the highlands studio, i always feel incredibly comfortable and excited to go to classes there. I never feel self conscious and feel that I can really engage in my practice. It is my favorite of all the studios I go to.
Very convenient to where we live with consistent workouts.
Great teachers. Kelly's C2 class on Thursdays at Broadway are especially great!!!!
