Fitness Plus is a very friendly place. Everyone has a smile and is willing to answer any questions one might have. All staff members take an interest in the members and members themselves are interested in your progress, too. With this atmosphere, it makes it very pleasurable to exercise.

The team went to great length to accomodate our ask for a place to play badminton.
The solution is not perfect, as the racquetball court is a bit too tight (both width and length wise) to comfortably play badminton, and there were no lines on the floor to be able to precisely delimitate the court. But still, great starting point!
Question: would it be possible to reserve the basketball court once in a while to practice badminton? As you may know, this sport is very popular among Asian populations, among others.
Suggestion: overlay some badminton court lines either in the basketball court or in one of the racquetball courts. Or even better: purchase a couple badminton court mats that could be temporary installed in the basketball court, during badminton sessions.

Jason the manage is very eager to help if you ask! The trainers are friendly and willing to listen to you about your limits and if something hurts they find something different for you to work on that won't hurt you. They make sure you are using the machines or free weights correctly. The place is always clean. Most of the clients are friendly as well. When machines are damaged or need repair the staff puts signs on the machine stating it is not to be used do to damage or missing parts.
The restrooms/locker rooms are clean and fully stocked the times I have been in them. Lots of choices as far as machines usually with a duplicate machine and lost of free weights benches to work various muscles on. Hope to get to the swimming pool in the future.
