There is a varied clientele. Not all body builders. There are older people, families, teens, and everything in between.

I wish you guys had a Low Back machine like Riverside. That’s the only negative.

The club is very well equipped with exercise equipment. The sauna and steam room are an enjoyable end to a work out. The staff has been very helpful in converting my membership from a private one to one paid by my health insurance - even though the health insurance company has not been able to get its act together. I go normally 5 times a week and have found exercise and diet to have been responsible over several years for weight loss (about 70 pounds), lower cholesterol, and lower blood pressure. I highly recommend Defined Fitness to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
The JCC is clean and inviting. The classes and instructors I have experienced are professional and engaging. I also love the Art Gallery and look forward to visiting it each time it rotates the art. The variety of activities are more than one can participate in-lots of choices!!
I can't wait to retire so I can engage with some of the daytime activities.
