The J has lots of offerings for a variety of ages. All the facilities are in clean & working order and there is almost always machines to use throughout the day. The personnel staff is very friendly. The amount of activities offered is very broad and there is something for everyone.

Staff are very pleasant and approachable. They are all very knowledgeable about the products (protein drinks, protein bars, etc.) that are sold. I like the way the owner, Jennifer, interacts with clientele. 😁 She shows interest in everyone…we are treated as an individual and not a number. 😊 ❤️ I LOVE the classes that are offered. A good variety of exercises are involved in each class. Trainers are PHENOMENAL about providing modifications IMMEDIATELY to each exercise if an individual cannot do the original one. 👏. So, in other words, I’d highly recommend Alaska Fitness 100% to others without any hesitation.
