The large outdoor pool and indoor. The staff that runs the pool area and programs. Jenny A. and Mike N are great swim stroke instructors. Do not know, are they volunteers are paid for their time?
The steam room is back working good and the jacuzzi. Love Lisa at the sports desk great greeter to me. Thanks for the extra police. I feel safer in this crazy U.S.A. I know they do not come cheap but worthy of their pay. Thanks for my safety. Dennis Nelson
P.S. The J staff is always adding on and improving the center. I do events at The Heritage Center and White Theater.

It’s ok just hoping that fitness open 24 hours at least Monday to Friday. But I really love the equipments and workers they are super friendly and nice 😊 easy to approach.

Beautiful facility
The friendliness of everyone, staff and the community. The instructor's are very knowledgeable and really care that I get the most of my workout. The community is very clean and well cared for. Beautiful.
Clean facility, friendly staff, lots of equipment/classes/exercise options
We love the gym, dance classes and the outdoor pool.
Our biggest complaint is the number of holidays that you close for in the Fall. We are Jewish, however it feels like an excessive amount. Our daughter dances with Encore and it is such a bummer to have to miss so many weeks of classes because of minor holidays.
I love how friendly the staff is, how quiet the facility is.

The J runs a great summer camp. Everything is so organized and runs smoothly. The kids have a blast every day.
Extremely friendly service
Wow. Hang tight. I love so much about the J.
- I called a week before camp started to inquire about early pick-up procedures for my son. I introduced myself on the phone to Barry Birkmeyer, and he said -- Samuel? Just by hearing my last name, he remembered my child's name! I can't tell if this is a good or bad reflection on me/Samuel. But it meant a lot to me.
- Debbie Ball is a joy. She always asks after our family and is pleasant. She solves problems before I know there are problems (for instance, she re-activated our J passes for our summer membership before I even asked!). When I miss a call from Debbie, I'm actually disappointed. I love talking with her.
- Jacqueline Passonno is fast on the email replies. She is always helpful and we appreciate her.
- Last year we had a really great experience with the birthday party hosted by Will Grefrath and sent a few other families to him for their parties.
We also really like the Clubhouse and the pool. Great features and a really down-to-earth setting. It's so fun to go to the pool and have Samuel recognize and introduce us to friends.
I do think The J could improve on just a few things:
1.) I recommended someone try out the J and their experience wasn't fantastic. They weren't offered a tour or a membership brochure. I emailed about their experience, I think it was resolved... but I wish it had gone more smoothly. Now I do second guess referring someone because I don't know what their experience will be like.
2.) At least one friend of mine mentioned that she listed us as a referral for J Camp, but we never received the referral discount. I'm not sure if that's because we only do the summer membership? It would be helpful to better understand that process.
My son has loved his first week. The staff is super nice and informative. Machaela is quick to respond to the many questions I have!
Very clean facilities, staff are always very helpful, classes are great, and we LOVE the J Clubhouse so there is childcare while we work out!
