I like that there are programs and activities that are geared for persons my age (72), both at Heritage Center and various locations in the surrounding area. Most important, though, is every staff member I have had contact with are super nice and so helpful.

I swim frequently and appreciate having both pools to allow year round swimming. A heater for the outdoor pool would be nice to extend the outdoor season.

Cleaning less

You have a great gym so the only thing that's keeping my rating at a 9 is the price.

The J has great workout equipment, exercise classes, pools, swimming lessons, and kids sports programs. It is clean and has wonderful, hard working staff.

Consistently great

The outdoor pool for lap swimming.
The hot tub for my stiff lower back and other aches and pains.
The weights upstairs are great and it's never that crowded.
The locker rooms are nice and clean
The staff is very friendly

Outstanding facility and staff.

I like the complete package. I like the workout facility, it's always being updated and has great equipment, I like the track, I like that there are several areas to workout, you can always find a spot even when it's crowded. I like the courts, especially for playing pickle ball.

Always clean, helpful people, something for everyone!

You keep your place clean and all the facilities are maintained in a professional way and your staffing is such that it makes it inviting and accommodating for those that join. I also like the racquetball and pickleball facilities as well as both the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna's and locker room facilities. Thanks.

We love the J, especially the water aerobic classes.
The staff is awesome.
Our only complaint is that the facility bathrooms are not kept clean.
I needed to use the women's rest room on the pool deck and was overwhelmed with the odor of urine. The single sheets of toilet paper are all over the floor. Those outdoor restrooms should be power washed at the end of the day. They get a lot of use from small children who cannot always get those wet suits that are plastered to their bodies off in time to void in the toilet.

I do think that the members also need to be more conscientious and respectful in keeping the bathroom/shower areas clean, i.e., not leaving towels and trash on the floor, basic cleaning up after oneself.

The group fitness classes are filled with kind, welcoming people and instructors. They inspire one to keep coming and be healthy.

I use the pools for lap swimming, love the staff, the locker rooms and the peeps I swim with. Family!!
