Classes and instructors
You have made a commitment to the racquetball and handball players. I would like to see additional expansion in that area. Aditional courts would allow us to promote the facility to more individuals and bring additional members. The racquetball and handball community is a very strong and loyal group. They are just looking for a place to call home long term. The J is the best in the area, for now. I personally would like to see it make a move that would keep it all in this one location. Thank You
I love the water. The pools are so clean and pristine. The new improvements in the locker rooms are beautiful. I love the other classes. You offer a great variety of classes and lots of availability to work Franco's into my schedule. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I also see lots of sanitation. Thank you so much for making this everybody's club. Very relaxing. The trainers are so dedicated, too.

I like the variety of classes.
Amenities, multiple different work up modalities available. Not happy with the amount of people in the afternoons and in some classes with coronavirus. Went to one class and want to avoid the busy times to avoid all the crowds.
I just feel very at home there - working out and at the pool!

Would prefer that guests have to wear masks in the common areas and licker rooms right now as some get too close to others.
I am really appreciating the sign-ups for pool time. Make some feel much safer with fewer people there.

Soooo glad y'all are back open!!
Would love to see more of the 5:30 am classes back on the schedule. Preferably Tues &Thurs spinning and boot camp on Fri. Also Monday nights combat back to 6:30. Of course those are just MY preferred times. I know y'all are trying to accommodate everyone while also being mindful of social distancing and numbers of people in the gym so thanks for all you're doing! I know it's a lot to coordinate all of that!

My ranking of the club changed as a direct result of their handling of the COVID pandemic. Impressed with the owners approach and the staff's efforts.
The variety of classes offered & the wonderful walking track. Plus, there is a good variety of machines to use as well.
Knowing it’s keeping me healthy. Simple as that.
The J in chesterfield has the friendliest staff. I appreciate all the social distancing measures, as well as extra cleaning that they have done for everyone’s safety.
We have been to both Js since reopening, and the staff in Chesterfield is just super.
