They addressed an issue that I was able to resolve, based on a service I had received from another company in Buda. I took my car back to that company to address the issue and credit me the costs.

Our 2012 Prius suddenly developed serious brake problems 240 miles from home. Cristian Brothers Automotive, Brodie Lane in south Austin was a couple of miles from our breakdown location. The staff and crew quickly went into action to remedy our situation. Even with the USA parts shortage during this time, Brodie Lane Christian Brothers had our car ready in just a couple of weeks. If we ever break down in Austin again, we will call on them with no hesitation. You should too.

I have been a customer of Christian Brothers since 2004. Every time I go there, I'm always impressed with the staff. Without fail, the staff is always courteous, and eager to make sure their customers are satisfied with whatever repairs were completed. The waiting room is always clean, and neat, with comfortable seating. Personally having grown up in a repair shop, I see the dedication in customer satisfaction given here, which I attribute to the training of the staff. Well done Christian Brothers. Keep up the good work! I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to any of my friends, or family.
