My son found Christian Brothers Automotive to be thorough in their assessment, and helpful with their fix/service recommendations regarding "now or perhaps later." I encountered a need to have my car towed in Austin, Texas recently. I had faith in my son's experience and told the towing company to take it to CBA on Brodie Lane. All went well with the repairs and took their advice to have the front disk brakes replaced at the same time. Speaking of time, they were able to get me back on the road to Fort Worth in minimal time (a one-day turn-around). The service manager even remembered my son's first name! I was/am impressed.

Personnel were all accomodating, state of the art communication for informing that the car is indeed ready for pickup, continual input of status of car while I was waiting, (i.e. it was moved to bay, etc, ready to pickup), told up front approximate wait time. All good.
