Other shops would not give me a straight answer to my questions (they insisted on diagnosing before giving any potential quote) but here you immediately responded to my r&r question. I appreciate knowing how much to have available if the issue is what i suspect.
Also, I was so surprised by your timely texts regarding the progress of the work. And when the sound I reported was not heard your technician had me drive to point it out.
Plus, to top it off I received an email complete with all issues and supporting photos for a complete understanding and the priority each holds.
