Christian Brothers is located in my neighborhood, which is great and convenient, but even if they weren't, I would drive out of my way to take my Prius to them. Their shop is always clean, the service is prompt and professional, and I simply trust my auto with this team which seems to have a higher standard than other shops I've used in the past. Definitely deserving of a solid recommendation.

Y’all did everything you said that you would do. The Pre-purchase Inspection was just what we needed to decide NOT to buy the used vehicle that we were otherwise ready to purchase. We bought another vehicle from a different dealer that was willing to include the expensive, critical repair for an Acura timing belt and water pump as part of our purchase.

Always professional, courteous, with great communication! Issues are diagnosed and a report given with urgent matters vs those that can wait a bit so you are always aware. Shuttle is an added bonus!

I've been taking my cars to Christian Brothers ever since I moved to Austin eight years ago. They do good work. They are crystal clear about charges. They are easy to schedule appointments with, and they get the work done in timely fashion. The staff are very friendly, explain the work and the process clearly, and are just a joy to do business with. A couple of perks: they have a courtesy car if you need it, offer water and coffee if you wait, and have a clean comfortable waiting room. Christian Brothers Automotive is just a great business in all regards.
