Our experience with Christian Brothers Automotive has been one of friendly, honest and professional staff.

Made an appointment for an inspection to be able to renew vehicle tags. I received prompt courteous service. My wait was about 15 minutes. I will continue to go here for future vehicle needs.

Courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs. Went in for an oil change and was out in about an hour.

I like being able to make an appointment so you have a guaranteed date and time for your scheduled service and don't have to wait on a "first come, first served" basis. You also know how much time it will take to complete the job, plus they are very friendly and offer great service at reasonable prices!

I was so glad to be back in Texas at Christian Brothers Automotive, where they take care of you like you're their mother. They treat you with respect. They provide you with all the information you need to make decisions about your service. They don't pressure you, but they will offer their opinion when asked.

They value your time and will work with you on your schedule. They provide you with an estimate of time, which is correct within minutes. If they can't make the service time work for your schedule, then they'll work with you to get a rental car or take you where you need to go.

Oh, and their prices are fair. They give you an estimate before they start work, and if it's going to cost more, they'll let you know. They have this cool program that will text you all the details.

Their kindness and patience, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting area were things that stood out to me.
