The CorePower community is one of the most inclusive supportive communities I’ve found in San Diego, and the attention to each individual and their personal yoga experience is impressive to say the least. When I go to a corepower class no matter who the teacher is I feel comfortable and I can fully trust that my teacher will help me if I need adjustments or am in danger of hurting myself. All of the classes I have taken at CPY Park Meadows have been great. I love yoga sculpt and the classes are usually always a good challenge. It is my favorite way to get my body moving! I really enjoy Amber, Alissa, and Wendy C.’s classes in particular. I do think Dani’s yoga sculpt classes need a little more work. I have been to a few of her sculpt classes and although I know she puts a lot of effort into her classes, they tend to be very easy as compared to the others. Some of the music makes me uncomfortable too. I think she is a kind and energetic teacher who might need a little more guidance. Overall, I would highly recommend CPY to a friend!

Colorado blvd is not my primary studio but while mine is closed I am attending more than I typically would. I’m a big fan of how easy the parking is and generally you have some good instructors.

I've only been to two classes and I really liked it, each Yoga instructor is unique and makes the class special! and I love the place.
We need the 2nd bench back in the men's changing room!
