Great workout and great instructors!
The teachers are so welcoming and informative! There are classes for all different levels and each class even has options to level up or level down. Core power has become one of my favorite ways to get a work out and destress.
Elizabeth always puts the extra effort into setting up a candlelight experience and does a nice flow for a 5:45 am class. The shower facilities are always nice and clean.

Instructors were welcoming and full of energy before, during, and after class. Studios and other spaces were clean. I look forward to coming back! Shoutout to Ivana R. and her yoga sculpt class, it was amazing.
Overall, I love the CorePower studio at the Garden of the Gods. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The staff are warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. My only concern is the Thursday, 7:30 am Glutes and Core class. The instructor struggles to follow the sequence, and students do not get the same sequence of exercises on each side of the body. I feel this practice could lead to injuries. Overall, the instructor is a lovely, enthusiastic person but needs to focus on ensuring she is following the exercise sequence for both sides of the body. Perhaps a co-teacher as a support for the instructor for a few classes would help the instructor relax and focus.
Each class was challenging! Clean studio!! And love that there’s a great yoga sculpt every morning!

The hotness of the room. Point Loma only has the right hotness that wine like with humidity and heat. And we like the way angel Kristen mark and Scott teach their classes. So those are the one we like the best! I live walking distance to little Italy but prefer Point Loma for the heat of hot fusion. Too.

I LOVED my instructor Gabrielle, the entire environment was so welcoming for my first class and had everything i needed including a mat, towel, weights. The music was amazing and so energizing and had the best workout experience ever!!!!
My experience the other day was great. The classes were fun and challenging and the energy in the studio was amazing. I will definitely tell friends and family about it and I’m considering joining CorePower yoga after my free week trial period is up!

Love Kay!! She seems to intuitively know exactly what we all need. Her music is at perfect volume, and the temperature is just right.
One recommendation for North Park would be to post a sign in the yoga room with a few rules like to be quiet. There were a lot of new young people that were talking loud before the instructor came in to start class. I like going 10 minutes early to get settled but difficult with all the talking. Also they wore shoes to walk in studio
Amazing studio!
Core power is great, especially the HPF classes. Lupita is my favorite teacher because she is knowledgeable and has great energy and understands flow. My only concern is there seems to be a lot of instructor turn over lately and the newer instructors are treating classes more like aerobics classes instead of yoga.
Had a great class with Sonya. Very upbeat and positive. Really felt welcomed.
