I love my local Core Power studio! it's a short walk from my house, the full schedule of classes allows me to fit in a class around my busy schedule, i'm always welcomed by friendly staff and the personal touch by the wonderful staff makes me feel great and like i'm in the best place. I have my favorites, but there's so many wonderful instructors: Suz, Dale, Heidi, Damon, Kay, Sonya, Luciana, and Tony, just to name a few.
The studio was great and locker rooms are clean.
CorePower Yoga is the best combination of mindfulness, Yoga, and exercise. I absolutely love it and I can't go a week without it.

Morgan is a extremely good sculpt teacher. I would refer anyone to her class, and I have taken many different classes over the years. She is as good as they come .

I loved the C2/Sculpt combo class with Megan and the other instructor!
The only thing that was challenging was at the end of class we did lots of poses that required our head to be below our heart, and after having just done cardio it was making me a little lightheaded.
I really enjoyed this class and hope they'll do it again soon! I liked the combination!

I have an unlimited monthly membership and have been going to the Seattle studios for almost a year and a half. I recently started a new job in Bellevue and so I started going to the Bellevue CPY studio after work. So far it’s been great and I’ve loved all the instructors whose classes I’ve taken. I do miss Sculpt classes though… I know that Bellevue offers them, but the class times aren’t convenient for after work. It would be nice to see the 5:30 class alternate—one day C2, the next day Sculpt—instead of C2 at that time every day. I miss having that variety in my practice!

Instructor offered “consent” cards - this is great so teacher can visually see who welcomes adjustments, especially in a big class. And that teacher walked around the room actively observing our poses. Another teacher asked who is new to class to welcome them. That was me! She also injected personality and connection by sharing news- she was running a 10K. I like knowing tidbits about teachers and other yogis- it creates connections. Heart hugs to Pasadena studio!
The class is well structured and varied. The teacher is encouraging and thoughtful about the light, music, pace and temperature.
Great teacher, spacious studios. Only that the locker area is cramped when people are coming in and out of the class

It's close, the people are nice and helpful and the studio is clean and kept up with the exception of there may be a little water damage in the studio that needs some attention, but that doesn't bother me. My husband and I left here years ago, due to none of the teachers being very good. Justin's C2 class was really great and I'm happy we're back. Hopefully more teachers are as good as Justin!

Anna was such an incredible and peaceful teacher. I felt very welcome to the class even though I’m still a beginner. She cultivates a welcoming environment and still encourages all of us to do our best.
