Great location, terrific teacher, fun class
It’s a great way to get your work out completed in a fast fun environment. The studio is also clean and provides you with all necessary equipment to achieve whatever fitness goals you may want to achieve. The instructors are knowledgeable about the yoga practice and provide great work outs. CorePower has been the best idea for me to get my work outs in, while also having my work schedules.
How I was greeted and shown around
It was my first time doing yoga, I was a guest of my friend Summur Roberts. I was scared at first not knowing what to expect, but, quickly felt welcome, the instructor was soft spoken and although workout was a bit rigorous for a first timer, when there was something that I found challenging there was no shame, nothing said regarding me not being able to do things, but alternate ways of doing them was worked into the workout so I could keep going, I don’t know if that was especially for me or if that’s just the way the instructor teaches but I will definitely be back.

The teach
The studio is well maintained and the staff is very nice. For me, I plan my workout week around Melissa’s Friday Sculpt class. Melissa is a caring and driven instructor who puts so much effort and care into the students success.
