One of the best yoga studios. They offer a great variety of different classes where all levels can participate. Instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable, and change up their classes regularly so always fun and challenging.

I love this location and the variety of classes. The atmosphere is truly the best, and I appreciate that the instructors teach with great care and intention and sometimes have specialties (mindfulness, journaling, herbal medicine, etc) that add a special quality to the already superb yoga practice. CorePower will always have you leaving feeling better than you came.
Gina Sickels! She's an amazing instructor - upbeat, great music, she is full of energy! Even in a very hot and humid room. Plus, she donated her Friday yoga/sculpt class as a fundraiser for Team Abigail. The class was packed, and everyone had a great time donating money for a great cause. The facility was clean and very well laid-out.
