We love the Bethesda studio. It's a great community. All of the teachers are great but we especially love Karen Leder, Jackie, Sarah and Courtney. Courtney brings amazing energy and great play lists. Karen and Jackie have the best workouts - innovative and well choreographed with great music as well. (Karen also always has amazing inspirational quotes.) Sarah's Friday workout is the perfect way to end the week. They all bring great energy and inspiration.

Easy access to book classes online. Instructors are awesome - very friendly, knowledgeable and motivating.
This studio is super clean, convenient, and with patrons who are respectful. Not all studios are diligent in quiet and calmness. Was happy to have a good experience here.
The classes are so fun, motivating instructor who checks our form to prevent injury.

Great first class thabks
The staff are amazing and the classes are great! My only feedback would be that the studio isn't cleaned in between classes. Weights and blocks are just put back and reused (not all of the members take the time to wipe them down). And the floor isn't wiped down, so walking into the studio after a hot session there are puddles of sweat to navigate.
Love the variety of classes and times offered. Mia and Libbie are fantastic instructors. I’ve been to multiple locations and classes and they are the best of the best. Enthusiastic, encouraging, welcoming, friendly, and they change up their classes to offer variety and continue challenging you.
It has been a wonderful experience for me to be part of these classes. The teachers are amazing, and I feel better after each class. I am grateful to be part of this program. Thank you so much!
