One Year has passed so quickly since my first attempt to learn at the CorePower Yoga.
All Instructors are wonderful, each instructors are blessed with their own unique teaching techniques, and I can connect with each of them with their "thought of the Day" thing, it surprise me all the time that how they can help me going thru the day, thinking of that particular words or thoughts.
