I love the C2 classes. Between the teachers, the flow, the music and the heat, it is such an incredible feeling during and after class. I have been coming to CP for over 10 years!
All members of core yoga are cooperative & energetic & helpful. Classes are challenging but rewarding.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean. They offer packages that don’t expire and they don’t make you sign contracts that make it impossible to cancel. My favorite…the added heat/humidity!

I attended Anna's hot class on Saturday, April 20th. It was old-school hot, which I prefer. She's a quality instructor. I'm surprised this studio does not offer more hot yoga as I attended regularly in years past for the hot classes, even before Shannon Fey took over the Friday noon hot offering. I remember coming to hot classes Sunday mornings and throughout the week in the old times.
I see the studio itself has been spruced up as well. A better heating unit in the studio, updated showers in the men's room, newer carpeting throughout, even a nice couch up front, which no other studio has. Great space, welcoming, only wish for more hot classes.
The facilities are clean and attractive, the staff is personable and knowledgeable and the instructors are very, very good. It is a positive experience all around.

Robin is an excellent instructor especially her guidance on form.
It's been a while since I tried yoga last time but the studio was clean and the staffs were very friendly and I could enjoy a lot. Heather was really good at cheering up students and even though the contents were hard for me, I really liked my experience.
Many classes to choose from, great instructors.
Jenny taught an excellent StrengthX class, tough but doable.
Really, I think it's finding a teacher that has energy you vibe with- really love "Liz Mo's" classes! And I like the studio- brighter and more welcoming than others.

A few teachers whose classes I've taken recently that were excellent - Malcolm, Jessica, Dan, Jay, Belle, Mallory
I took Francesca's class recently and was a little concerned. Some of her cues were factually inaccurate or didn't make sense and her breath cues were either way too fast or way way too slow. She has great potential though.

The Yoga Sculpt class that Ava teaches is amazing! It’s a full body workout that leaves you exhausted and rejuvenated all at the same time. I LOVE IT!! She’s a highly motivating instructor!!!

I love the workout I get from corepower sculpt. While ever instructor is amazing, Beth and Brooke are the absolute best! I’ve brought so many friends to corepower and they love it as much as I do. I am a nurse and do a lot of heavy lifting so sculpt has been a great way to increase my strength throughout my body while giving me the opportunity to stretch.
