I am on a week-long free trial. I attended First Timers Friday and was the only one there. Tessa was awesome! I learned the basics of yoga and she was very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. The day after, I did Yoga Sculpt with Susan... it was intense and I was so glad I didn't die! She said our intention would be "Strength." My intention was "Don't die!" I will definitely be signing up for more classes... probably the $99 initial month deal. I have a friend who will likely be coming with me to some classes as well. I look forward to exploring the different classes and locations!
The class was challenging but with useful feedback, and I was able to grow my practice while strengthening my body. Loved the ambiance- the music and natural light were great!

This was hands down one of the best classes I’ve ever taken. It was engaging, challenging, and a fun learning experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and taught me so many new things. I left feeling accomplished, proud, euphoric, and happy. I would def make this my regular Friday class. So freaking good.

After being a member with CP for a decade, Naiomi is hands down the best yoga sculpt teacher I have had. Her classes have helped me become a stronger individuals both mentally and physically. CP is lucky to have such a talented and special instructor, one of a kind!
