I love that there is a studio in both of cities I frequent. And I love that there are multiple classes for me to choose from.I just need an earlier strength class a couple times a week , like 545 am or 6 Am in Tustin thanks !
I love the Rockridge location. It truly feels like a community. When I come, the staff always remember my name, it is very welcoming. There are a few areas of improvement:
1. It can get smelly -- not sure if there is anything that can be done about that
2. We need more yoga sculpt teachers or the ones who sell out to add more classes
3. Is there a way to get more diversity? Maybe a partnership with Black to Yoga? Or recruiting more POC teachers?
4. There should not be overcrowded classes. It makes everyones experience not a great one and feels unhealthy, especially during Covid times. It would be nice for marketing on the floor to ensure everyone has the space that they need.
The class gave me the stretch I needed.
Hannah Z is such an amazing teacher! I'd take her class any day! The studio was also very clean, and everyone at the studio was so welcoming. Looking forward to my next class.

I love coming to sculpt classes in RWC, My two requests are---
Could we please have 6:00 am sculpt class MWF (T /TH would be great too!). I notice that many people have to leave class before the end and I suspect it's due to timing to get to work. I think you have quite a few teachers in that am class and we have to be at work early!
My other request is an early morning sculpt class on Sat/Sun. 9:00 is to late. 7:00am would be ideal.

Jo is the best
We had a substitute for the Sculpt class and she kicked our butts. Nonstop movement, high heart rate/ intensity held throughout class.
I recommend yoga period.

I drive 25 minutes to take Jaclin's class- she is the best Hot Yoga Sculpt teacher I have ever taken. Her music, her positive energy, her flow and class is the best and challenging. Her class is always packed with people on her waiting list hoping to get in.
