good classes. would love to have a cold towel at the end/have people wipe down weights or leave them and have the instructors do this. seems a bit un-sanitary

Would appreciate more CoreRestore classes, especially in the evenings! I like when they are scheduled after a Sculpt or StrengthX class so we can do a more intense workout and then stretch effectively after.
Love this studio! It’s always a pleasure and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. The full body core workout is always a challenge which makes room to grow. You just do your best and will definitely walk out mentally and physically relaxed. Kudos to all the instructors on jobs superbly done. :)

I attended the sculpt yoga class led by Angela Lim, who was both professional and knowledgeable. She infused the session with vibrant energy, provided clear instructions, and delivered a truly effective workout. I highly recommend this class.

I like the variety and times of classes. It would be nice to have some C2 options not at 95F but at 85F or less.
