Great high intensity classes, friendly staff (but not "too friendly"), lots of classes everyday.
Janika is fantastic! Just wish they would leave the doors shut and let us sweat. I don't know why we have to "water down" the experience by turning on the cool air 10 minutes before class is over.
It would be nice if they also gave you a scented wash cloth at the end. I know this is a chain, so everything gets "watered down". Such a shame

D'Andre was an amazing instructor. So inspiring with a great c2 flow. Worth driving to further studio to take his class! Also found great clothing marked way down.
The sculpt class with Karla was very good! My only feedback is that teacher should at least once take a look at students warrior 2 legs/feet. The person next to me and others were wildly wrong and will eventually get hurt (back toes pointing completely backwards, both knees bend, that kind of thing).

As a result of practicing hot yoga I am both more grounded and more energized in every day life. I am healthier both mentally and physically. It is incredibly refreshing to put my phone away for an hour and not have any distractions. It truly is an hour to focus on me and me alone. I enjoy setting an intention at the beginning of each class and hearing from the teachers about their intentions and what also inspires them. I enjoy focusing on my breath and I find that the heat is therapeutic. I appreciate the teachers remembering my name even if I haven't taken their class in months. I also enjoy the variety of time slots for classes and how each teacher has a personal flair to make each class unique.

It was great! Teachers are fantastic however the Fashion Island location feels a bit run down compared to others.
Maddy had a burner sculpt class, best I’ve been to! Loved how she kept the energy up. Such a good workout, she hit every muscle group. Will have to go again soon.
