Easy to follow schedule
The class was great. The instructor was outstanding! She gave excellent guidance to me as I had never used the machines before.
I thought everyone was friendly and the place was clean.
Incorporate the suggestions from clients into the scheduling for classes and the composition of the classes themselves. For instance, in changing mat classes to equipment based classes, was there any consideration of the need for clients to engage in grounding exercises on the floor, rather than on a piece of equipment? While the same exercises can be done, they cannot fulfill the floor component when completed on a reformer or tower platform.

Each class is different, the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the online scheduling is convenient.
I have really appreciated that from my first call I was openly welcomed and set up for success with private sessions and then encouraged to move to classes as I got more comfortable. The instructors, particularly Megan and Sara, are helpful and instructive while keeping things fun, and I find the other people in the classes to all be lovely as well.
CoreWorks has made a huge difference in my overall fitness and mental health after a Major life changing surgery, and I’m so grateful!

What's not to love!
The class was done in such a way that education was provided and modifications could be made to your level of ability. I found Michelle to be delightful and so knowledgeable about her Pilates practice. It’s a wonderful and very special studio
I like everything about Coreworks! Friendly staff, plenty of classes to choose from, reasonable cost, and I can’t say enough about Sara Day! She is so knowledgeable about anatomy and what can help any issue you are having. She is also a dear to watch out for anyone who is experiencing symptoms and suggests changes in weights or other pieces of equipment to use instead. She is just always on top of things and I feel safe and protected in her classes.

The instructors are great and the equipment is in good shape. The classes start on time and are offered at multiple times which makes them convenient to attend. Donna, at the front desk, is very easy to get in touch with and very helpful.
I like the equipments at the Coreworks compared to other studios. It’s more user friendly and they’re kept in better condition. Also the instructors are very helpful and personable. I’m glad to be back after stopping Pilates for 2 years due to the pandemic!
