I enjoy the variety of classes and , despite being in a group class, there is a feeling that you are treated as an individual by the instructor . Prior to joining Coreworks, more than 15 yrs ago, I rarely exercised as I could not find a gym / venue that I felt comfortable going to. I have truly enjoyed exercising at Coreworks all these years. The instructors are excellent . The classes are fun and my body is so much stronger now. I have also made friends here which is a testament to how comfortable it is to exercise at Coreworks.

Every class is different. Every instructor is patient, kind and really knowledgeable about the body. The facility is immaculate. We have fun as we work out the whole body! Just get here already!

Reformer foundations was a great introduction to Pilates and Chris was a great instructor!
Great instructors
I did not feel comfortable during class because I was very unsure of what I was doing and if how my body was feeling was correct. I would've taken a beginner class if they were still offered. I wish there had been a few minutes before class to ask my background and show me some basics but classes change quickly. I felt embarrassed that the other members of the class had to compromise their workout so that I could "catch up" which I wasn't doing very well.

Great stretching and release class!
Every instructor is warm, caring and takes out time to answer any questions you may have. They will show you how to position yourself if you are not in the correct pose. All the instructors are fun, warm and it’s like being at a fun, loving family event not to mention the great music. If you attend regularly like I do, you’ll see the same people which makes the classes even more inviting. Over the years at Corrworks, I have gained some wonderful friends. Great place to join.
Every thing and every one. I find te instructors more knowledgeable and so wonderful.
The teachers are fantastic! The classes are amazing! I always feel better after the workouts and feel like I am not only getting stronger, but focusing on stretching and flexibility which has seriously helped my back pain. I recommend to all my friends
