The instructors are excellent, each class is different, and I learn something new at pretty much every session. I enjoy Pilates much more than weightlifting and find myself looking forward to classes. The scheduling system is great, very convenient. Highly recommend CoreWorks!

Feels like home. Instructors are prepared and always careful of my limitations and change instructions to suit me.
I love all the classes, sometimes they don’t seem hard but I definitely feel it the next morning. Some really challenge me, but I like getting better each time. Recovery is amazing at the end of the week to release and recharge your body.
