Have been with Coreworks for many years. Mat class is my preference. All the instructors are very informative and very likable. Pilates helped me with my back issues; better than physical therapy. Hopefully I'll still be going in my 90's.

The thing I like is the personalized service. I am taking individual classes and have a lot of physical limitations. Fran has modified the exercises to accommodate my limitations while at the same time making sure that I am working my muscles to get stronger.

I love everything about Coreworks Pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring. And best of all, if I go twice a week, my back doesn't hurt!
Customer service is awesome. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The instructors rock and I never get bored with routine workouts. Every Instructor challenges you and each class is different. Classes start and end on time. Class participants become your workout family. You work at your own pace but I noticed almost immediate change in my core after week 1. I love COREWORKS!!!
