Knowledgeable and attentive teachers

Les is always available for consultation. The training sessions are personalized. When he is in the Gym and sees me doing something wrong, he takes the time to correct me to ensure I don't get hurt. If you are looking for an excellent place to exercise and a good trainer, I highly recommend Core Works.
Maybe different lighting in main pilates area?
Up until recently, over the moon about CoreWorks. Not so keen on the new scheduling policy. I really liked being able to have 3-4 mat classes a month to round out my equipment classes.
Everything else - instructors, cleanliness, atmosphere, "vibe", all EXCELLENT! Thank you for being my sanctuary.

The classes are amazing and I love the nuances each instructor lends to a class and the personal attention.
The instructors are amazing. Joanna and Megan are great to work with. I started out with zero knowledge and very uncertain about the benefits of Pilates. Thanks to these two experts I love coming to class (sometimes as many as 4 classes a week) and feel the benefits of flexibility, improved posture and general well being. Thanks to everyone at CoreWorks for such a positive and fun experience.

LOVE Jolene's reformer class, she's an amazing instructor!
The classes arent much of a work out - I like to leave the studio sweating and muscle fatigue but I did not get that at coreworks. I love the variety of equipment and the studio is very clean and tidy

I appreciate the attention to detail that the instructors exhibit during group classes. They make sure your alignment is proper to facilitate the max benefit. They are very encouraging and will adapt exercises according to your ability. Very professionally run.

The beginners class was amazing. It worked core muscles I have not used. She took her time to help the class understand the moves and to complete the positions properly.
I like the size class size. Clean instructors are nice and take time with you.
Too many class cancellations earlier in 2022, over July 4 long weekend-4 days-and in August 2022 after paying for a month up front.
I like the Zoom classes. You could have students in classroom and also a camara in classroom and people participating from home at the same time.
