Wonderful studio - great instructors and very friendly staff.
It has been several years since I attended classes in person (I moved out if state and would go when I visited family in Ellicott City). When I saw virtual classes were being offered, I was thrilled because I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and was very pleased with the instructors. This has given me an opportunity to get a good workout/stretch from a studio I trust despite the fact I live out if state.
I enjoy having early class options, and having a variety of virtual classes to choose from. I was unable to join live classes because I couldn’t fit travel to and from them into my work week schedule. I’m glad to have been able to take virtual classes with you!
Your instructors are very well trained and also very personable. This is a good combination.
The classes are just the right size for personal attention.

I've taken two of the mat pilates classes and both have been wonderful.
The instructor gave clear, precise instructions that I could follow easily, even though it was my first class with her. I also liked that she moved from exercise to exercise smoothly, without long breaks in activity.
It is a very clean facility that is well run. The classes are excellent with very caring and dedicated teachers. It is a wonderful environment to exercise in.
I like the ease of scheduling and attending online classes since I’m not comfortable going into studios or gyms yet, the teachers/instructors from in- person days and virtual classes, and the YouTube channel has great videos. I already have suggested friends and colleagues check out virtual classes and the YouTube videos as well.

Enforcement of mask usage of all clients during exercise sessions in the facility, until directives from CDC, State and local Health Departments have sufficient scientific evidence to determine true safety of air transmission capabilities.
Consider written personalized exercise regimen focus to targeted areas observed to be most needed by clients and modified as determined by followup observation and feedback by clients.

I’ve done private Pilates sessions with Michele as well as Pilates teacher training modules. Both have been excellent!
Great instructor! Class was a good hard workout without being too strenuous and the price was right.
We had a great initial session and understand that it takes time for the instructors and students to find a flow. Overall the studio was open and had every level of additional equipment available which was nice to see since most studios do not which means there are a lot of long term students. It was very quite though and uneventful which I understand is how some students prefer to practice.
