The class was very good. Sarah explained the movements and went slow, so it was easy to follow. Unfortunately I have a small screen computer and could not see very well, but I enjoyed the class.

I am thoroughly enjoying the Pilates Mat class with Sara on Monday afternoons. Sara explains and cues and creates a comfortable atmosphere virtually. I highly recommend Coreworks!!
Sara is great! Her classes are a great workout and I really feel accomplished as well as relaxed after each of my sessions with her. I also love that we do a lot of spine articulation in every direction so I leave class feeling taller too! Would definitely recommend this studio and Sara to friends and family!!
