I really like the instructors at COREWORKS. I always feel like I could go out for coffee with any one of them and talk for hours. In the studio/virtual classes they are always well prepared and concerned with making the exercise routines productive and safe for everyone. The virtual classes are keeping many of us connected to COREWORKS and its positive energy as as we strive to stay strong and healthy in these stressful times.

There are a variety of classes to choose from, great instructors with clear cues, especially enjoy Sara, Kristina and Joanna's classes. Really enjoyed the Coreworks Challenge videos and inspirational quotes each day!! Have recommended Coreworks to friends and family!
I love the studio. Not really an online person.
So being able to be back in the studio was fantastic. The area was very clean and I felt very safe in our very small group.
I am thrilled that Coreworks is continuing to offer a full range of virtual classes. This demonstrates the importance that Coreworks gives to the needs of all of their clients. The instructors are fabulous and work hard to accommodate all ability levels. The classes are fun, challenging and provide a needed break from the current situation.

I think the facility is great and I would have liked to use the gym. There are two problems. Three really. I was only able to use the gym one time because it closed a week after I signed up due to the pandemic. During that one session I saw that everyone was working out in bare feet and I called and told Les this was a bad idea, in general, but especially in light of this pandemic. All he wanted to do was argue and told me that the skin on your hands carries the same bacteria as the skin on your feet, etc etc. He then told me if I didn't like the policy I could go join another gym in the area. I was just trying to be nice and make sure all these people I don't know don't get sick and die because of his poorly thought out policy or how he was monitoring and responding to the global health situation. I sent Fran an email and told her not to renew my membership. Depsite all of that, I still got billed again for another quarter. I used the gym one time, not because I didn't want to, but because they closed it. The gym set up is great and the location is close to my house, but both of those interactions with each of the owners aren't right. Once someone says it's my way or the highway you'd better be right about everything, and I don't agree with these policies and don't want to go there because of them. Just give me a refund for my membership because I never used your gym and cancelled my account by email but keep getting charged. Les needs to be a better leader. If you want to have barefoot classes, great, do it in a way that doesn't contaminate everything and doesn't put the rest of the members in harms way for something only you believe in. Otherwise you'll end up with very few members outside your class.
Classes are easy to follow and offer options to make more or less challenging based on how your body is feeling. Virtual classes encourage you to stay motivated and see friends from live classes. Video classes let you try new methods at any time - no more excuses for exercise not fitting in your schedule!

The instructors are very talented and incredibly kind, and the variety of classes is wonderful!! The online offerings are exceptional, and really help me keep on track.
