I love Coreworks! There are a great variety of classes scheduled at different times of day. The instructors are really amazing, each and every one! They all work so hard to keep the sessions interesting and fun! I do the virtual subscription because I am not close to the studio, so its super easy to work out from home. I also love taking classes in the studio when time permits. I am so happy to have Coreworks!!
you responded my email and the yoga are well done it fits different level. I like the way the instructor tell us to do according our body's flexibility. If the pose is easy then she gives a more challenge position just by making some adjustments. I like the way it gives free classes to see how it works and if it is what I am looking for.
