I appreciate the small classes where the instructor walks around checking on our form.
I also find it a very relaxed gym where the instructors and clients are friendly. People of all
shapes and sizes are in the classes, so there’s no need to feel intimidated.
I can tell the instructor before class any physical problems that I currently have, and they adjust my equipment or work out to fit my particular needs.
In addition, the instructors remember any chronic physical problems that I have and always adjust my workout accordingly.

I don't know enough yet to know how you could improve. I gave the rating as 7 because I enjoyed my first/free session and am considering joining, but I can't comment otherwise until I experience more.

I love my virtual classes with Doreen, Jennifer, Joanna and Megan! I have a ton going on right now in my life and its so good to know that when I do have time I can sign up for a class and jump on in the convenience of my home. The Coreworks instructors are phenomenal!
