Our first time back today since the pandemic and since we bought our tickets last week have been so excited. We love the embassy theater and santikos. Many more times to come.
Social distance protocols are clear and easy to follow to stay safe. One of the few places I feel comfortable taking my grandchildren.

Hello. I’m have a question regarding the 32oz Santikos beer mug. I wanted to ask what the cost is now for refills. When I bought it years ago I believe the refill was somewhere between $5-7 (I’ve had it for many years), but in my recent visit I was charged between $8-10. I wanted to make sure I’m not being over charged. My wife and I are big movie fans and I do love a cold beer ( and Santikos has a good beer selection) , but wanted to make sure I’m being charged correctly. Thank you
The people were nice and the theater was very clean
There is more than one activity to do. The food is great as well and one of the better places I've been for entertainment. I never feel like I have to rush due to the crowd.

A bit disappointed about having to wear a mask after governor lifted mandate but was told all employees voted on what to do so I respect your decision.
Employees are always friendly. I like being able to get drinks ourselves from self-serve. Looking forward to all locations having self-serve popcorn like some currently do.
Also appreciate Santikos being involved in the community.

Clean theaters
Cleanliness / very friendly staff/ spacious theaters. Except the hot dog meat doesnt taste too good. Has a weird taste to it.
