Outstanding customer service.
Everything about this theater is immaculate. There has never been a time that I have gone when I didn't see someone cleaning something. I always recieve great service and the staff seem really nice. The picture and sound sound quality are also great! I have never had a bad experience at Northwest and I have made it my preferred location.

Wait times with all the commercials seems tp get longer and longer. Be nice if the website gave the length of the ads, so we wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the show to start.
How bout recording on our rewards card that we are over 21. My 74 year old wife often forgets to bring her ID. Travels light to the moves. I’m 72. Kinda irritating to be ID’d. We don’t exactly look 20. I know, I know. TABC is tough. But “OVER 21” could easily be added to the Rewards data set that pops up with our phone number.
Santikos really took Alamo Drafthouse and spruced it up, gave it really nice lighting, offer good prices for food and tickets, and an overall clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Seats are comfortable, sound and screen are great. Guest service and concessions were staffed with kind and helpful people.
The only negative was that the room where you get drinks smelled like a dirty bathroom. It’s pretty gross smelling.
Excellent customer service when I went in to get tickets. It would be nice if I could have purchased the reward tickets on my app. ESP. Since we don’t live in town. I happened to be in town and was able to buy the tickets for the next day without any trouble.

I have been going to Santikos with my family and in-laws for more than a decade. The gyro, beer & movie experience is one of the repeated highlights of our many yearly trips to San Antonio.
Yesterday we were denied service at the bar because we didn’t have our Mexican passports on hand as proof of valid Id.
I’m 46 years old, My oficial Mexican Id & my Mexican drivers license were deemed to be insufficient proof of age; I showed a scanned photo of my passport and tourist visa, but your staff claimed that they were upholding company policy. I am a tourist that has no business having any form of an American drivers license. I can rent a car with my Mexican drivers license but I can’t purchase a beer at your establishment.
A little common sense and tactful approach would have been greatly appreciated. Parroting that it’s company policy seems like a dismissive way of treating customers. Is it a case of lack of training of your staff or does a certain company policy needs revision?
I don’t intend to take my passport to the movies in order to enjoy a beer. Please let me know if that’s your policy or if it was a one off experience!?

The amenities at the theater were great, arcade, bar, concessions. That made it a lot of fun while we were waiting. The ability to book the theater for a private screening was sooo much fun! Theater was clean quality was good and sounded great too!
