I just wanted to compliment your employee, Dylan, for his great customer service and attitude. I was waiting in line and overheard him dealing with a customer and he was so polite and respectful. He also seemed to have a really great working relationship with his coworkers. Good employees are hard to find these days. It's really nice to come in contact with them and it makes the whole movie experience better for everyone involved. Great job!

The general manager was very friendly and just welcome us. We love Galaxy. It’s down the street from my neighborhood and we love how clean it is and how friendly the staff is to all its guests.

The website was easy to use and to purchase tickets online. The employees were very friendly when we arrived at the Casa Blanca theater.
I love everytime I come without an exceptions. Except the one thing that always happens I never get my text when my food is ready. I have to go find out myself most the time which is a hassle because it’s mid movie. Other than that I love everything.. MEZZ most importantly!

I like the Embassy Oaks atmosphere and I noticed Embassy had Spider Man with Spanish subtitles. I hope you continue to have some movies with Spanish subtitles in the future. THIS WOULD BE SO EXCITING for me specifically for my mother. We enjoy going to the movies in her hometown and now when she visits me in San Antonio we can go more often if there’s movies with Spanish subtitles. I also have many family and friends who would enjoy this as well and will let them know.

Great theater close to where I live. The remodeling is beautiful. Very clean.
I love the theaters, they are beautiful and comfortable. However, the food concession stand and management at the Mayan theater definitely needs more training. They forget about my Pretzel and left me standing for 25 minutes. The Manager was rude and unprofessional. The other Santikos theaters have awesome service and need no training.

I'm a 5th grade teacher at Kay Franklin Elementary School. Together in my class, we read the book Tiger Rising and the students loved it. When we found it that it's a movie that is coming out in a couple of weeks, well we were excited. The students asked me if there is anyway together we could attend the movie on a Saturday? I'm emailing you to find out if this is possible and how much would it cost each student to attend. I have 42 students in my reading class. This would definlety be a learning experience for my students. I hope you will be able to help and accomodate us. Perhaps forward my email to the appropriate person that could answer our request. The staff was friendly
The associates were very polite, kind, and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious, and the movie theater had a great sound system. I like the height, spacing, and sound of the speakers. The lights dimmed at the perfect amount and I was still able to safely walk as needed.
