Santikos is always clean, theatre is kept up to date and very comfortable.
Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Having a chef prepared hot dog with a toasted bun and crispy skin on the hot dog was a big hit and a reason to return Mary Ellen (ticket person) was so helpful. Looking forward to seeing her again.
The recliner seats were so comfortable. We will definitely come back although we drove a few extra miles.

During my visit, I was at the concession stand when the lights flickered and all cash registers had to be reset. I was waiting patiently to pay but the systems were slow to re-boot. Instead of keeping me waiting the employee told me my small popcorn and M&Ms were on the house. Yay!! Great customer service!!!
I cannot recall the young man's name but Saturday 1/8/22 during 845 showing of American Underdog. He wished me a Happy birthday. He made me feel very special and had such an enjoyable concession stand experience along with the free gift of a movie.

We go to Santikos Cibolo every week for a movie, pizza and popcorn. It's our thing! We like the courteous staff, self-serve soda and popcorn machines, and reclining seats. But we especially like the money we spend goes back into our community!
The property and grounds were clean and well maintained. The theater was clean and comfortable.

I love going to the movies with my husband. Sadly, in 2021 I was diagnosed as having low vision but a friend told me about the headphones that you have that would describe what was happening when things were too dark to see or their was no dialog. I used them but found that they do not always work. That is unfortunate because most movies will still have a "dark spot" or two and I just have to imagine what might be happening until afterward when I ask my hubby what happened. If I need to look on the bright side, though, that means we have conversation afterward! I love your theater. It's always clean and we go to the movies as often as we can! Thanks.
