The staff is friendly and helpful. People are quick to help you and pay attention when you're talking to them. Best popcorn in SA. Love the drink machine that provides so many choices. The theater is always clean and I always see employees sweeping or cleaning something. I also liked the new ad with the theater manager saying all that santikos does for the community then saying so get something else 😂.
Ease of purchasing tickets online
The ticket staff was very courteous, the concession staff was eager to quickly assist, and the overall cleanliness of the theater made the experience enjoyable.

The revamped theatre
I like that Santikos Northwest finally has reclining seats
When you walk in, there are plenty of machines to get your tickets. The theater is extremely clean (even the bathrooms).
Auditorium 19 ceiling appears to have a leak and the tiles may be growing mold. Area of concern is to the front of theater at the far left (when facing screen).
Employees were very friendly and the service was good. Theater was very clean.

Outstanding customer service.
Everything about this theater is immaculate. There has never been a time that I have gone when I didn't see someone cleaning something. I always recieve great service and the staff seem really nice. The picture and sound sound quality are also great! I have never had a bad experience at Northwest and I have made it my preferred location.
Cleanliness
I had a very confusing purchase and long story short, I purchased same show 3 times at different locations!!! The customer service was beyond outstanding!!! I literally had my eyes water up trying to contain from crying...I was that impressed 😁. In the end, i was very satisfied. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
