I received a $25 coupon from my last time I had my carpets cleaned but I couldn't use for the service I wanted because it wasn't a certain amount. So I had to add some kind of protection to be added in order to use my coupon. How did this saving me money? I didn't want the carpet protection. If you have a minimum requirement you should print that on the coupon so the customer knows they have to hit that certain amount.
I have used the service of ZEROREZ in my home for the past 15 years. I love what ZEROREZ is all about and I love that they are always looking to be better.
I first used you at my home in Cedar City and was amazed how the rugs were cleaned. They looked like new carpet. Josh was the person who did the job, he was great.

It’s always easy to book a visit and very reasonable prices! They have great customer service and very quick and professional people sent to your door. My carpets always look great when they are done and never have a sticky film left from soap and chemicals. and one of my favorite things is how fast my carpets dry! I love that I don’t have to break the bank to get our entire house scrubbed, and we don’t have to leave the house for the entire day while they dry. I used ZeroRez 4 years ago for the first time and I have them scrub my carpets every year now. I always recommend them to any friends or family looking for a carpet cleaning service! My carpet is old and has many years of good use. I did not expect it to look new once it had been cleaned, but I also didn't expect it to look as good as it now does. Sam did a great job. I appreciated that he took the time to talk to me about trouble spots before hand to determine what he was trying to clean. It was very different than my experience with other companies.

I liked the friendly service, good price, and of course clean carpets! They got stains out that I wasn’t sure would come out and it looks and feels really clean!
I was very happy with the carpet cleaning. It turned out well. The area of tile that I had cleaned came out pretty good. Some of the grout is still darker than the other. I believe that the attention to detail was not there. Also water drops and pooling were found after the technician left. I believe that those should be cleaned up by the person that did the cleaning. Also the tile cleaning is quite expensive so I could not get everything done that I wanted.

Zerorez ALWAYS cleans our carpets well. I stopped using other carpet cleaning businesses because the shampoo used to clean the carpets attracted dirt and the carpets looked worse. The process Zerorez uses never leaves a film of shampoo. Why is that? Because they don’t use shampoo. They use a special water that is heated. My carpets ALWAYS stay clean for a long time.
