Everything was just fine.
The equipment wasn't operating probably, the tech got frustrated, and finished the job. I questioned the cleanliness.

Did a great job and was very professional.
I was told floors would be dry in 4-5 hours. 24 hours later some of them are still wet. It's not humid outside, I've had fans on since the job. The carpets in some of the areas are crispy. I'm going to assume it's due to previous carpet cleaner residue but it's disappointing as I wasn't warned about the possibility of that happening. Will likely hire again but will know to schedule early in the day and have extra fans going because this is really ridiculous.

Reasonably priced and my tile grout is as it should be. No chemical smell and the carpets dried fairly quickly.

I am a huge proponent of non-toxic cleaning and personal care formulations. I appreciate that my carpet and granite are now clean, but there was no residual chemical odor. My nose is very sensitive to that. We have had Zerorez come to our home three times now. We have had a good experience with scheduling, the cleaners who come, and the results, so we will continue to use their services.
It doesn’t smell right in my house since I had the carpets cleaned. And they missed some spots that had food spills. The carpet if crunchy in those spots. It took 12 hours to dry too. I don’t think I’ll use you guys again.
The communication was great. Everything scheduled on line, calls to confirm appointment and another call 15 minutes to arrival. All good. However, carpet does not look or smell clean. The carpet stayed wet for several hours, beyond the 4-6 hr quoted. The stairs stayed wet even longer. I was surprised at how quick the carpet was cleaned. Not enough time spent on cleaning, extracting, and it was not zerorez. I was hoping for something better. Sincerely, First name removed
