We had some area rugs cleaned and traffic areas in two wall to wall carpeted rooms. The first time we used you last year, we were happy with the result. Now, the rugs and carpets look clean, but your technician left water puddles and dirty footprints on our wood floors. I don't know how to make things right unless maybe you refund a portion of my bill . . . ?

A very positive experience for us. Josh Jones did a fantastic job. The carpets were very soft to the touch when dried with no dirt-absorbing chemicals left behind to attract and hold soils. It was a neat and clean job with little disruption and we appreciated Josh very much. We would definitely call upon him again in the future. Thank you, Zerorez St. George!
